• You do not have private dental insurance

• Your adjusted family net income is under $90,000 per year

• You are a Canadian resident for tax purposes

• You have filed your taxes for the previous year
Eligibility and coverage level depend on income and individual circumstances.


What does CDCP typically cover?
DCP focuses on essential and preventive dental care.
Commonly covered services may include:
• Dental exams and check-ups
• X-rays
• Professional cleanings
• Fillings
• Extractions
• Basic periodontal care
Some services may require pre-authorization, and not all treatments are fully covered.

What may NOT be covered?
Coverage varies, but CDCP may not fully cover:
