Owner/Dentist
Dr. Milena Hobbs
Dr. Hobbs is a highly skilled dentist originally from Odessa, Ukraine, with degrees from Odessa State Medical University and the University of British Columbia. She brings advanced training in endodontics, wisdom tooth extractions, veneers, braces, Invisalign, and myofunctional therapy to her practice at Three Hills Dental.
Passionate about rural healthcare, she integrates modern technology like 3D and intraoral scanners to provide top-tier care. Dr. Hobbs is also actively involved in her community and enjoys working with children and teens to support their dental development.
In addition to her dental expertise, she offers aesthetic treatments such as Botox and fillers. Outside of work, she enjoys adventurous activities with her children, including hiking, skiing, and scuba diving.
Lisa Leaver
General Manager
With an extensive background in business, Lisa Leaver brings an impressive portfolio of Accounting and Managerial skills to the Three Hills Dental team. From her role at Canada Safeway Head Office she transitioned into the Oil and Gas sector and the management of numerous small start up businesses in Southern Alberta. It was there that she was introduced to the Dental Industry and found her true calling in the management and bookkeeping of multiple practices. Ranging from rural dentistry to multi “Super Clinics” and dental labs, she has a unique ability to bring the best out of every practice both in person and remotely.
Lisa currently resides in Summerland, BC with her husband Scott, where they share a love of Rottweilers. She is the owner and operator of Mystic Creations 13, a jewelry line of custom fused glass sold in boutiques all over the interior of British Columbia.

Nigora
Dental hygienist
Nigora is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over a decade of experience in preventative oral care. She earned her diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2013 in Montreal,Canada and has been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Alberta from 2015. In February, 2025, she joined Genesis Dental Centre, where she is known for her gentle approach, active listening, and genuine care for each patient’s comfort and long-term health.
Fluent in five languages - Turkish,Uzbek,Russian,French and English.
Outside of work, she enjoys making art,baking and spending time with her family.
Pooja Hallen
Operation Manager
I began my journey in dentistry in 2022 as a Sterilization Assistant, and over the past three years, I've grown into my current role as operation manager at Genesis Dental Centre. It’s been an exciting ride — one that I truly enjoy every single day!
Originally from India, I moved to Canada Ontario in 2022 and completed my Post-Graduate Diploma in Global Business Management and Hospitality. After relocating to Alberta in 2024, I had the opportunity to work with some of the most respected dental organizations, including Dental Choice and Crescent Heights Dental. Those experiences helped pave the way to where I am today with the amazing team at Genesis. I joined Genesis Dental February 1st 2025.
Outside the office, I’m all about capturing moments — whether through my lens as a photography enthusiast or during weekend escapes into nature. Camping and hiking are my go-to ways to recharge and reconnect.
Olga Kushnir
Hygiene coordinator
Hi! My name is Olga. I moved to Calgary two years ago from Portugal, and Calgary is now my home. I started working in the dental field in March 2024 and currently serve as the Hygiene Coordinator at Genesis Dental Centre.
I have over 10 years of experience working at the front desk, which has given me a strong background in customer service, organization, and teamwork. I’m passionate about maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for everyone.
In my free time, I love to travel, explore new cultures, and try out new recipes. I also enjoy getting to know our patients and helping make their dental appointments as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Bhoghdan Sheremeta
Sterilization Technician
Bohdana plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control in our clinic. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to patient safety, she ensures all instruments and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and ready for use. Originally from Ukraine, Bohdana brings dedication, warmth, and a positive attitude to the team every day.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking European pastries, spending time in nature, and exploring new places. Her interests include wellness, creative cooking, and watching lighthearted comedies. Bohdana believes that a clean and safe environment is key to providing excellent care — and she takes pride in making that happen behind the scenes.
Amandeep Khaira
RDA II
Hi, I'm Amandeep! I'm the lead registered dental assistant at Genesis dental centre SW. I graduated and received my dental certificate from KDM dental College in 2023 and have been a part of the Genesis team for the last 6 months. Providing the utmost patient care and comfort is what I strive for, and having every patient leave feeling educated and heard. When I'm not assisting, you can find me spending my time with my daughters, exploring the outdoors, or cooking up a tasty Indian meal.
